From On That Note . . .
New Potato Cassarole
10
large new potatoes
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
Boil
unpeeled potatoes; slice. Combine cheese, mayonnaise and onion;
gently stir into potatoes. Place in a greased casserole and top
with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 or 30 minutes or until
bubbly.
Grilled
Vegetables
Cut
zucchini, squash, onion, pepper, and mushrooms into chunks. Spray
a sheet of aluminum foil with Pam. Place the vegetables on
the sheet and sprinkle with garlic salt. Seal
the packet and place on the grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until
vegetables are crisp.
Shrimp
Dip
2
cans shrimp, drained
1 teaspoon grated onion
uice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 ½ sticks butter
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
Mix
until smooth. Serve with crackers
